    1. One-Pan Chicken and Vegetables

    • 4 chicken thighs
    • 2 cups baby potatoes, halved
    • 1 cup baby carrots
    • 1 cup green beans
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken, potatoes, carrots, and green beans with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and garlic.
    3. Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.

    Instructions:

    1. In the slow cooker, combine beef stew meat, beef broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, garlic, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
    2. Stir to combine.
    3. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, or on high for 4-5 hours, until the beef is tender and the vegetables are cooked.
    4. Serve hot.
